Fred Abascal

Fred Abascal’s journey in construction began in his teenage years, learning masonry, roofing, siding, and framing. His hands-on approach led him to flip houses throughout the 80s, 90s, and to this day. Diversifying his expertise, he mastered interior design and window coverings, founding National Window Coverings, which was rated “Best Buy” for window treatments by Consumers Digest in 1994.

 

Fred’s marketing expertise drove the company’s growth from $750,000 to $9 million in just three years. With a keen eye for business expansion, he took the company from a 2,000 sq. ft. to a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse, investing $150,000 monthly in marketing. This success laid the foundation for his full-time career in real estate acquisitions, where he secured contracts to build over 288 residential properties.
